The Apexcoupling CPKCA/KCD series is a high-precision detachable universal joint coupling engineered for reliable power transmission in applications where shafts are not aligned and easy maintenance is critical. Available in single joint (CPKCA/KC type) and double joint (CPKCW/KCD type) configurations, this coupling allows two shafts with an axis angle to achieve continuous rotation and reliably transmit torque and motion. 💡 How it works: The CPKCA/CPKCW coupling consists of two yokes connected by a ball-and-socket joint. The detachable structure allows the joint to be disassembled quickly without removing the entire coupling from the shafts – significantly reducing maintenance downtime. The ball-and-socket design provides smooth, continuous rotation even when the two shafts are at an angle. The angle between the two shafts is allowed to change within a limited range (up to 45° per joint) according to working needs.
