The Apexcoupling CSCA/CSCW series is a precision universal joint coupling manufactured to FA factory automation standards – offering a direct, cost-effective solution for packaging machinery, woodworking equipment, multi-spindle drills, metallurgical machinery, and general automation applications. Available in single joint (CSCA) and double joint (CSCW) configurations, this coupling is constructed from 42CrMo alloy steel with optional 304 stainless steel, delivering high strength, excellent wear resistance, and long service life. The built-in bearings and fixed pins allow for smooth operation up to 30° in continuous use, with a 45° limit angle per joint. Featuring H7 precision bore with pin + snap ring fastening, the CSCA/CSCW series offers rapid bidirectional responsehigh transmission efficiency, and low noise operation – making it the ideal choice for demanding FA automation environments.
