✅ How it works: The LMS coupling replaces the monolithic hub body with a removable outer flange ring. To replace the spider, simply unbolt the outer flange ring, slide it radially to expose the spider lobes, extract the worn spider, insert the new polyurethane element, replace the flange ring, and retorque the bolts. Both machines stay in their aligned positions throughout – no shaft movement, no realignment required.

Total elapsed time: 20-30 minutes for sizes up to LMS8; under 45 minutes for LMS9 and above.
