The Apexcoupling ML Series (also known as Plum Blossom Coupling, Jaw Coupling, or LM Series under GB/T5272-2002) is a high-performance flexible shaft coupling designed for reliable power transmission in medium-speed, medium-torque applications. Featuring a three-piece construction – two metal hubs with protruding claws and a plum-shaped polyurethane spider – this coupling delivers excellent vibration damping, shock absorption, and misalignment compensation. 💡 How it works: The ML coupling consists of two half-couplings with identical protruding claws and a plum-shaped elastic element placed between them. The polyurethane spider engages with the claws, transmitting torque through radial compression while absorbing shock, dampening vibration, and compensating for angular, radial, and axial misalignment.
