The CSCA / CSCW Stainless Steel Cardan Cross Shaft Universal Joint Coupling from Apexcoupling is a high-precision flexible coupling designed for transmitting torque between shafts at an angle. Manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, this universal joint coupling is available in single (CSCA) and double (CSCW) configurations, with an optional telescopic design for applications requiring variable shaft distances.

The coupling features a cardan cross shaft design with a built-in bearing and fixed pin inside the shaft sleeve, allowing continuous operation within 30° and a limit angle of 45° per joint (up to 90° for double joints). The standard material is 42CrMo alloy steel, with 304 stainless steel available for corrosion-resistant environments. The surface is conventionally blackened, and can be nickel-plated, zinc-plated, or polished as required.

With a bore diameter range of 4.5–1500 N·m nominal torque, a maximum speed of 4000 rpm, and H7 precision bore tolerance, this coupling delivers accurate transmission, fast response to clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, and high transmission efficiency. The FA factory automation standard design ensures a large amount of conventional stock is available for fast delivery.
