The Apexcoupling LX (HL) Standard & LXZ (HLL) Brake Wheel Type Elastic Pin Coupling Series is designed for heavy industrial machinery requiring high torque transmission, superior vibration damping, and large axial float allowance. Built in strict accordance with GB/T5014-2003 (succeeding the original GB5015-85 standard), this series incorporates high-strength nylon elastic sleeves (bushes) fitted onto precision steel pins to transmit power seamlessly between coaxial shafts.

 

Forged from premium 45# carbon steel with quenched cylindrical brake drum options on the LXZ (HLL) model, these couplings excel in environments with frequent start-stops, high-and-low speed reversing motions, and mildly corrosive ambient conditions. Operating reliably across temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, they provide an ideal drive connection for hoists, cranes, winches, heavy conveyors, and industrial machinery drives.
