The Apexcoupling GY, GYS, and GYH Series Flange Rigid Couplings are heavy-duty, fixed-type steel flange couplings engineered for heavy machinery, power transmission drives, metallurgical equipment, and industrial motor-to-gearbox connections. Drop-forged from premium 45# carbon steel with reinforced flange faces and secured with high-tensile fasteners, these rigid sleeve couplings deliver exceptional torsional rigidity, load capacity, and operational stability under heavy torque requirements.

 

Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3582-1997 shaft bore and keyway standards, the GY series features two distinct centering mechanisms to match specific maintenance layouts: the GY Type utilizes precision reamed fitted bolts for concentric alignment without needing axial shaft movement during installation, while the GYS Type incorporates a male/female spigot (recessed groove) centering structure for convenient machining and high radial alignment accuracy. Featuring H7 precision-machined inner bores, optional cylindrical or tapered shaft holes, and a protective black oxide surface finish, Apexcoupling provides robust rigid coupling solutions for critical industrial drives.
