The Apexcoupling UNKA / CSKA / CSKW Series Precision Universal Joint is designed for factory automation (FA) drive systems demanding high torque density, accurate bidirectional rotational response, and large angular deflection capabilities. Forged from high-grade 42CrMo alloy steel and heat-treated for enhanced fatigue and shock resistance, these pin-type and needle-bearing cross joints deliver continuous mechanical power transmission under harsh operating conditions.

Featuring H7 precision inner bores for exceptional concentricity and minimal backlash, the series includes both single-joint (CSKA) and double-joint (CSKW) options. Normal operating angles cover up to 30°–40° with limit working angles reaching 45°, providing ideal alignment compensation for industrial drives, packaging machinery, and multi-axis automated equipment.
