Built with high-strength forged carbon steel yokes, induction-hardened splined shafts, and multi-row needle roller cross spider journal assemblies, the SWC225BH delivers reliable rotational energy transfer under severe shock loads and high operational misalignment angles.

Featuring a rotation swing diameter (D) of 225 mm, a nominal torque rating (Tn) of 56 kN .m, a main tube outer diameter (D3) of 152 mm, and an 8-hole flange interface (8 -OD 17 mm on a OD196 mm pitch circle), this BH standard telescopic shaft absorbs axial movement and angular displacement. Each unit undergoes heat treatment and surface passivation to maximize fatigue resistance and service life.
