Product Overview

Our flexible coupling spiders (cushions) are precision-molded from high-quality polyurethane (PU) and are designed as replacement elastomer elements for various jaw-type and curved-jaw flexible couplings. They provide excellent shock absorption, vibration damping, and misalignment compensation, ensuring reliable torque transmission and extended equipment service life.

Widely used in general industrial machinery, including metallurgical equipment, hoisting and conveying machinery, forging presses, petroleum machinery, packaging machines, woodworking equipment, and many other power transmission applications.

GR Series – Star Flexible Coupling Cushion (Spider)

Structural Features

Application: Used as the elastic element in various transmission couplings to connect drive shafts.
Material: Polyurethane (TPU / CPU).
Hardness: 98 Shore A.
Torque Range: 22.4 – 2500 N·m.
