5. Structural Characteristics

Compact Design: Compact size and low inertia.
Elastic Element: Uses an engineering plastic component for cushioning, vibration damping, and wear resistance. Operating temperature: -35°C to +80°C. Maintenance-free.
Deformation Prevention: The elastomer is constrained by convex claw blocks, which prevents internal deformation caused by impact and external deformation due to centrifugal force. The large concave surface of the convex claws results in very low surface pressure on the involute teeth. Even under overload, the teeth do not wear or deform.
Installation: Axial plug-in type installation.
Nominal Torque Note: The rated torque value is based on an elastomer hardness of 92 ShA. When using a 98 ShA elastomer, the torque capacity increases by approximately 70%.
