High-Precision & Zero-Backlash Power Transmission: DJM Single & SJM Double Stainless Steel Disc Couplings

The Apexcoupling DJM (Single Disc), SJM (Double Disc), and ZJM Series Flexible Diaphragm Couplings are engineered for high-precision motion control, servo motor drives, CNC machinery, pump systems, and industrial automated drivelines. Constructed with high-strength 45# carbon steel hubs and ultra-precise 304 stainless steel flexible disc packs, these couplings provide zero backlash, exceptional torsional stiffness, and all-metal durability across operating temperatures from -40°Cto 300°C.

Featuring laser-cut 304 stainless steel diaphragms with positioning accuracy within ﹢-0.003 mm (over 10 times more accurate than conventional stamping), each unit utilizescustom precision-ground reamed fitted bolts to prevent bolt hole deformation and backlashunder high dynamic loads. Single-cut CNC machining ensures exact hub and flangeconcentricity. Available with standard keyway plus set screw locking (custom clamp hubs,keyless clamping elements, and non-standard shaft lengths supported), the DJM and SJMseries effectively compensate for axial, angular, and radial shaft misalignments without
requiring lubrication.
