Design & Operating Principle

The DBL41 coupling consists of:

• Two high-strength steel hubs with taper clamp (shrink disc) locking mechanism

• Double 304 stainless steel diaphragm assembly

How it works:
The taper clamp (keyless locking device) is tightened onto the shaft, creating a secure, zero-backlash connection without keyways or set screws. The double diaphragm flexes to accommodate misalignment while transmitting torque with high torsional stiffness.
