Design & Operating Principle
The DST coupling consists of two aluminum hubs and a single 304 stainless steel diaphragm. The stepped clamp design ensures secure shaft mounting without damaging the shaft surface.
How it works:
When the clamp screws are tightened, the hubs grip the shafts firmly. The stainless steel diaphragm flexes to accommodate small angular, parallel, and axial misalignments while maintaining high torsional stiffness and zero backlash.
