The Apexcoupling DS (Single Disc) & DL (Double Disc) Series Aluminum Alloy Flexible Couplings (also available as GS/GL series configurations) are high-precision transmission solutions specifically engineered for servo motors, stepper motors, ball screw drives, encoders, and high-speed CNC machinery. Manufactured from premium 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy with an anodized surface finish, these couplings deliver an exceptionally low moment of inertia, high torsional rigidity, and rapid dynamic response.

Equipped with flexible 304 stainless steel disc packs (4-hole square spring discs) and high-tensile Class 12.9 black-oxide socket head clamping screws, DS/DL couplings achieve zero backlash torque transmission while compensating for axial, angular, and radial shaft misalignments without reaction forces on lead screw bearings. All hubs are machined on 5-axis CNC machining centers in a single setup and undergo 100% plug gauge inspection to guarantee strict H7 bore precision and flawless concentricity.
