The DLZ Series Jaw Coupling with Integrated Expansion Sleeve is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of high-speed stepper motors, dynamic AC/DC servo systems, and precision motion control hardware. Standard set-screw or simple clamp designs can slip or suffer from keyway wall wear under rapid acceleration cycles. The DLZ jaw coupling solves this issue by utilizing an integrated keyless friction expansion sleeve. This clamping configuration provides a uniform 360-degree lock onto the shaft, completely eliminating rotational play and mechanical backlash. It is widely used in high-precision setups including CNC machine tools, semiconductor positioning stages, packaging lines, and automated wood-processing plants.

Constructed for long-term reliability, the structural clamping hubs are forged from premium 304 Stainless Steel and high-strength Aviation Aluminum Alloy, protected by a specialized surface oxidation and bright polishing treatment. At the center is a high-performance, German-imported polyurethane elastic star insert that dampens shock loads, limits vibrations, isolates electrical currents, and compensates for axial, radial, and angular shaft misalignments.
